1. What Needlwork Is

Needlwork is an early-stage analytics platform for brand and growth intelligence. It is currently being evaluated in real-world conditions as part of ongoing product development. You are using this platform as an early customer, and we appreciate your participation.

2. Platform Provided As-Is

Needlwork is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any analytics, scores, benchmarks, or recommendations generated by the platform. All outputs are advisory in nature.

3. Analytics Are Advisory Only

The Brand Growth Index, channel intelligence, capital yield recommendations, and all other analytics produced by Needlwork are tools to inform decision-making. They are not financial advice and are not a substitute for professional judgment. You remain fully responsible for all business decisions you make, regardless of what the platform recommends.

4. Your Data

You own all data you upload to Needlwork. We do not sell your data or share it with other customers. Your data is isolated to your organization and is never visible to other accounts on the platform.

We may use anonymized, aggregated data derived from your uploads to compute industry benchmarks. These benchmarks do not identify your organization and cannot be reverse-engineered to reveal your business data. You can opt out by contacting us.

5. Platform Changes

As an early-stage product, Needlwork may modify, add, or remove platform functionality over time. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the platform after changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

6. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Needlwork and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of revenue, loss of data, or business interruption.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from your use of Needlwork shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of courts in India.
